On-Site Rates:
$100/hour residential
$120/hour business
$160/hour server
Consulting, technical support, networking, and tutoring.
One hour minimum and then billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour. Travel fees may be applied depending on your location.
Business rates apply to networked environments of multiple computers and users.
Pre-paid contract plans:
Residential
$570 for 6 hours ($95/hr)
$900 for 10 hours ($90/hr)
Business
$660 for 6 hours ($110/hr)
$1000 for 10 hours ($100/hr)
Server packages start at $840 (6 hours @ $140). Each additional hour is $140.
Use your time as you wish for any on-site and remote services. 6 hour package expires in 6 months, 10 hour expires in 12 months. Plan your technical needs ahead of time.
Remote Control Service:
Billed in 15 minute increments.
Custom plans, projects and training:
Please inquire about monthly service plans, upgrades or migrations, group training sessions, and creative projects.
Shop Rates*:

Shop flat rate charges:
$25 Pick up and drop off your system (within metro area)
$120 Tune-up, includes diagnostics, all updates and maintenance
$90 Operating System installation (you provide disk/licenses)
$1/GB Data transfer
$2/GB Data optimization (includes full backup & 1 week storage of your data to confirm successful transfer)
Data Recovery is handled on a per-case basis, please call for details.
* I am not set for training or while-you wait service at my shop. Training is at your location or we can meet at a coffee shop if you prefer.
Design Services:
$60/hr Website, DVD, video, audio and graphic design work, call for proposals.
Billing:
I prefer payment at time of services rendered via check, cash, or credit card via secure online payments with Paypal. I also can invoice you on net 30 terms.
