Is it safe?
Yes. The remote sessions are encrypted and only I will have access to view or control your computer. Each session has a unique identification number that is only shared between us.
Will you be able to spy on us?
No. These sessions are attended by both parties. We will most likely work over the phone as you watch me control your computer. When either side ends a session we have no more connection. In fact, if we happen to lose a connection we will have to create a new session.
What if I do want you to control an unattended computer?
This is a great option for individuals and businesses for after-hours support. I do have an option for this, please inquire.
What are my system's requirements?
You need a Mac running OS X 10.4 (Tiger) and above, a high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, wifi, broadband). If you're unsure about the details please call.
Sounds great, how much does this cost?
$100/hour billed in 15 minute increments. For ongoing support I do offer contract pre-paid plans. The plans include remote and any on-site service you may require.
